Our lives is full of destruction. If we care to open our eyes to it. What happen to the blooming buds or flowers in spring? The lush greenary and setting sun that makes the world real in the summer? Don't forget the everlasting firery leaves that drop during autumn that tries to burn down the soft beauty of winter? God created this scene billions of years ago. And now, what we see everyday is weathers passing hapzardhardly. Now you see rain, now you don't.

The world is changing. But we pretend not to see it... Not to face reality. Not to see into the fate of humans when one day, the earth is finally destroyed. And mother nature could do no more to protect her children...

We see advertisments everyday, asking us to save the environment. And look, what do we have instead...

Dead animals...

Clogged drains...

God gave us animals, too help sustain life. To give us something to eat. But instead of just eating it. We waste it, just like how adults are calling thir kids to not waste food while in truth, we are doing it everyday! But do you realise? YES!!! You do actually, it's nonsense if you haven't heard. It's everywhere! But do you care to do something about it? You're probably thnking, "ah, let the next idiot do it." If we all think like that, we are doomed.

Therefore, GO GREEN, people. I do my best, you do your best. Plant this thought into your mind, "I am what I want to be, and i wanna safe the world, I'l do it myself if no one wants to help," With this thought, the world might be a better place...

Trip to nyonya house

Basically, this is the balcony of the house. I took a picture of it while standing downstairs at the front door…

This is the chandelier, in the
dining room…

Fancy designs? Think YOU are fancy? Think again...

These nyonyas are more western than we think…

Cherki!!!

We then marched upstairs, and what greeted us was…

Jewelry!!!
And I start to wonder how lucky we are, no need to wear neck breaking jewelry. Why… that must weigh a ton at least!!!

Speaking about jewelry, how bout some antiques?
The “kam cheng” (picture on the right on top) is what nyonyas and babas use to put glutinous rice balls before they marry…

This washbasin will probably make you nervous to use as it is so breakable and pretty looking…

How ironic… I take a picture of you, you take a picture of me…

My brother posing as An idiot…
ME!

Pictures of beautiful (and uncomfortable) nyonya fashions…

Lovin it… You gotta be really
thin to get into
this thing
The furniture is really nice… full of etiquette. Unfortunately, I slipped when I sat on the couch and the bed has a DON’T SIT sign on it… *sigh

That’s about it… If you wanna see these sights, go to 29, Church Street. Visiting hours: 9.30am-5pm,weekdays. Saturday:9:30am-3pm.
~until then, peeps!^^
